Meet the artisan makers and creators from Yorkshire and beyond

An inspired community delivering unique dog products you’ll adore

All of our partners at our dog boutique and spa have a little something dog about them! Without our wonderful partner artists, makers, and fellow dog-centric organisations, Everything But The Dog wouldn’t be what it is today.

The collaborative effort of creatives, British dog brands, and our community partners have made the vision of Everything But The Dog a reality.

Together we have created a dog boutique and spa that delivers unique dog products, accessories, and artworks that make the perfect gifts for dog lovers.

The team working their magic in our grooming salon is exceptional at providing a luxury dog grooming experience with love.

Emma Stothard – Local Sculptor

Emma Stothard is an inspirational local sculptor who was born in Hull, grew up in Kilnsea, and is now based in Whitby. She works with willow, sterling silver, bronze wire, and galvanised wire, and she is the maker behind our charming Coopa, Raq, and Frankie sculptures that grace our window display.

She exhibits worldwide, and you will find her striking wire and willow sculptures in the gardens of stately homes, galleries…. And more locally, on the Whitby Heritage Trail.

The Heritage Art Trail in Whitby features seven sculptures created by Emma that tell the tale of Whitby’s rich history and encourage visitors to the area.

Emma also created and presented a sculpture to HRH the Prince of Wales, a large-scale portrait of his cherished Jack Russell Terrier ‘Tigga’. Made from willow grown on the Highgrove Estate, ‘Tigga’ now enjoys his days in the gardens at Highgrove. He was a thank you gift for her loan from the Prince’s Trust, which enabled her to start her career.

Daisy May Defined – Photographer

“My photography is an interesting TAIL.

As the ulti-Mutt dog mum, my husband HOUNDed me to take photos of our DOGS. Then, I SHIH TZU not, he WHISKERed me away on a day course with a CANINE photographer which opened up a new LEASH on life.

It was time to get serious and without PAWS for thought, I emBARKed on a new venture. I became one determined mother PUPPER, COLLARing any available dogs to photograph them.

LEADing up to the present I am very happy to be working with Everything But the Dog.

FUR Sure, photographing ‘Dogs About Town’ is a real TREAT and nothing to be SNIFFED at.

Whether you are a springer, collie or Sausage, I RUFF you all very much.”
